Spacious rooms, and I loved the indoor pool. Check-in was slow, and noise from the floor above was annoying. Convenient location near the golf course and lots of dining options nearby.

The room was spacious and clean, which was a plus. The breakfast options were a bit limited and could be improved. Location is convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping. Be aware that there’s no microwave in the room. Enjoyed the nearby golf course for some leisure time.

Nice big room with a comfy bed and separate sitting area. Breakfast staff, especially Ms. Scott, were super friendly! They even brought us a new TV remote. The breakfast was decent, though the scrambled eggs could use some help. Just wish our room had a microwave for leftovers.

I took advantage of the indoor pool and free Wi-Fi. A new hotel with excellent location. I enjoyed the coffee shop and 24-hour cafe.
Loved stepping on stained carpets and smelling mysterious odors in my room.

Our family trip to Charleston was made even better by the convenience of the nearby golf courses, where we enjoyed leisurely mornings perfecting our swing and taking in the sunny weather. The outlet shopping was a hit with the kids too, offering a variety of stores to explore.
My children wanted a larger swimming pool for more fun.

Room was spacious and comfortable, offering a great space to relax and watch TV. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including eggs, sausage, pancakes, and grits. Conveniently located just 20 minutes away from downtown Charleston, with many restaurants nearby for dining options.
Elevator was extremely slow and made strange noises, causing inconvenience and delays. Water pressure in the room was poor.

The bed was comfortable, and the corner sofa added a nice touch to the room. I was disappointed by the lack of shower gel in the bathroom. I had to request one from the front desk, as they only provided soap bars. The hotel's convenient location near the airport was a plus, making it easy for us to get to and from our flights. The continental breakfast offered was a nice touch, although the options in the early morning were quite limited with just plain yogurt, apples, and bananas available. One major issue was the maintenance problems we encountered. The refrigerator in the room was broken, the water pressure in the shower was low, and the sink didn't drain properly. The duvet on the beds looked worn out, and the air conditioner wouldn't go above 76 degrees, making the room a bit uncomfortable. we experienced some cleanliness issues. The luggage carts had dog hair on them, and the room had a strong smell of smoke and weed throughout our stay. The pool was also described as disgusting by another guest, which was disappointing. while there were some positives like friendly staff and a convenient location, the maintenance and cleanliness issues detracted from the overall experience. I hope the hotel can address these issues to provide a more enjoyable stay.

Hyatt Place was exceptional! the hotel was incredibly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. the guest services were friendly, and we enjoyed a complimentary delicious breakfast, especially the potatoes. the location was great, and we liked it so much that we added an extra day to our trip just to relax at the hotel.

The hotel location was very convenient, right off the interstate, making it easy to get around. The breakfast served was tasty, and we enjoyed starting our day with a good meal before heading out to explore the city.
Our experience was marred by several issues. The room was not properly cleaned, with dust on the AC triggering allergies, mold on the shower curtain, and debris left on the floor from previous guests.

My squad and I had a lit time exploring the outlet shopping and taking golf lessons nearby. The room was dope, and the staff was mad chill and helpful. Definitely made some unforgettable memories with my crew!
Would've been even more rad if there was a cool rooftop bar or lounge for us young party animals to hang out and vibe together! .

Spacious, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Friendly and accommodating staff, easy access to the interstate.
Felt more than at home, no complaints.
